In a strategic move to enhance quality urban development, Al Othaim Investment signed a cooperation agreement with the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, in addition to other agreements with the municipalities of Mecca, Medina, Asir, and Jazan, as part of its participation in the Cityscape Global Exhibition in Riyadh. These agreements aim to develop mixed-use projects, including shopping and entertainment centers, residential and office towers, hotels, and green spaces, as part of efforts to enhance quality of life and create new job opportunities for citizens.

In a step that reflects its commitment to the Kingdom's Vision 2030 and the Quality of Life Program, Othaim Sports Company, a subsidiary of Othaim Investment Group, opened today the first branch of its sports academies in Othaim Mall Rabwa and Othaim Mall Khurais, to become a prominent landmark in the world of sports in the Kingdom by providing advanced facilities and global partnerships aimed at building distinguished sports generations. And honored by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Othaim Investment Company Sheikh (Abdullah bin Saleh Al-Othaim), Mr. Bandar Al-Buhairi, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Abdul Majeed Abdullah Al-Othaim, member of the Board of Directors, and many of the company's heads and various sectors. Othaim Sports Company seeks to establish and operate integrated international sports academies in all cities of the Kingdom, to provide a variety of sports for all age groups, including children, youth, and the elderly. Emphasizing its commitment to society, Sheikh Abdullah bin Saleh Al-Othaim, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Othaim Investment Company, approved the provision of free lifetime subscriptions for the Kingdom's children of determination and special needs, as part of its efforts to support inclusiveness and enable all groups to practice sports. The academies feature strategic partnerships with international operators, prestigious sports brands and world champions, ensuring the highest standards of training and the use of the latest technology to enhance physical strength and fitness. Local and international talent will also be attracted, with the aim of discovering and developing sports talent in the Kingdom. The company also announced its ambitious future plans, where strategic projects with sports areas exceeding 40,000 square meters will be implemented in various cities of the Kingdom, with investments of up to 130 million riyals over the next two years. Commenting on this achievement, the CEO of Othaim Sports Company (Eng. Almohannad Al-Zubi) said, "We believe that sport unites people around the world.
